Jessica wears many hats at Pickett Group, including customer service, front desk operations, contracting and commissions. She prides herself in keeping things running smoothly, having previously served as office manager for a large orthodontic practice.
Much of Jessica’s role involves problem-solving. But she also prides herself in learning from issues as they arise, so that she can proactively prevent them from reoccurring. If there’s one thing she could fix in the insurance industry, it would be the ever-increasing hold times that customers experience. “I hate to hear that a client had to sit on hold for 30 minutes,” she says. “I believe that insurance companies need to invest more into their service.”
Jessica lives in Kirkwood, MO with her husband Jeremy and daughter Josie. She likes to hang out with family and friends, cook, dine out, and go on walks.
