Tim has worked in the life insurance industry for 40+ years, in many different capacities. In 1997, he founded Pickett Group, after identifying a need for local life insurance support and expertise within a brokerage platform. “As the name suggests, Pickett Group is a family business,” says Tim. “So now I get to work with people I care for and love within an industry I care for and love.”

Since starting the company, Tim has witnessed firsthand the paramount benefits that Pickett Group has been able to bring to families and businesses in St. Louis and the surrounding area. “We’ve earned and maintained an exceptional reputation over 20+ years,” says Tim. “And as we continue to grow, more advisor partners and their clients choose to rely on us for assistance with their important insurance planning. I’m extremely proud of the work we’ve accomplished, and I am excited for our future.”

In his downtime, Tim likes to spend time in Innsbrook with friends and family, including his wife, 4 children, and 6 grandchildren. He also likes to study U.S. Civil War history, fish, and exercise.
